REPS Discovery

Your spouse or partner joins a dedicated call to learn about their role in the Real Estate Professional Status (REPS) strategy — and how their participation allows your family to apply real estate passive losses against your active income.

Letter of Intent

We present a Letter of Intent Agreement for your review and signature. This formalizes your commitment to invest with Greyhaven West and initiates the property matching process

CPA Consultation

We meet with you and your CPA to identify two critical numbers: your annual tax liability and your available investment capital. This shapes the entire investment strategy we build for you

Property Review

We present a curated selection of properties that meet your specific depreciation needs and investment profile. These calls may be held weekly until you identify the right investment.

Property Closing

Once you select a property, we guide you through the closing process: document collection, signing, and formal assignment of the property to your ownership.

Investor Property Review

Shortly after closing, we walk through the property’s current status and business plan — including any planned rent increases, capital
expenditures, or stabilization efforts.

Portfolio Review

On a cadence you approve, we meet regularly to review your entire portfolio. Each review covers Occupancy, Collections, Expense Ratio, and any active maintenance items.
